Diabetic patients should reduce
salt intake. Regular exercise helps a lot. Reduce weight. Diabetic patient
should intake natural sugar like honey and jaggery (gur). Try and exclude fried
items totally. Try and stop the intake of red meat.
Do not have more than two cups
of the tea or coffee in a day avoid white rice, potatoes, carrots, breads and
bananas.
Include gram flour in daily
diet instead of wheat flour. Here are some tips which will help you to maintain
sugar level in blood.
1: Take two teaspoons for aloe
vera juice and add equal amount of water to it. Take it on empty stomach in
morning.
2: Eating a cup of homemade curd helps to slow down the progression of diabetes. This includes high fructose administration.
3: Indian gooseberry (amla)
powder with turmeric powder taken on empty stomach helps to reduce diabetes.
4: Taking bitter gourd (karela) juice or bitter gourd in any form helps to control diabetes. You can also take Powder of dried bitter gourd seeds’.
5: Take one teaspoon of
fenugreek seeds (methidana) in half a glass of water and leave it overnight.
Drink this water in the morning empty stomach and eat the seeds.
