Remedies For Obesity


Drink a glass of hot water with a spoon
of lemon juice and a spoon of honey in 
early morning on empty stomach.
 Water should not be normal or cold, 
it should be drinkable hot.



Drink tea made from ginger extract. 
Take it 2 -3 times a day. 
It burns extra calories.





Eating raw tomatoes and onion with 
a pinch of black salt everyday removes
extra fat and reduce obesity.






Drink 20 ml aloe-vera juice with 
equal amount of water on empty 
stomach two times a day. 



Regular exercise , skipping and household work help a lot to reduce weight.
