“ You can’t learn from the mistakes of others have
made, you have to get out there and make your own, either you can get your
heart broken or you can have the greatest love affair the world has ever known,
but you are not gonna know unless you try.”
Well it is not wise to make mistakes knowingly,
like “hey it is definitely a mistake and I am gonna make it.” Who call it a
wise decision? No one.
Love is the only emotion which brings pleasure and
agony altogether itself. True love is a rare thing, rare like winning a billion
bucks’ lottery. People with damn good luck can have it only. I know, bad
example but I can’t think of anything which is as rare as finding true love.
Finding the planet full of aliens is rare but that would be so inappropriate
for the current topic. Ok enough with this, move on.
I personally don’t want to be in love with
someone. I have learned enough from the mistakes of others. At some point in my
life I started believing in love, may be because of my friends, who were deeply
in love. They seemed so passionate, they were happy, enjoying their life,
supporting their partners. They used to tell me what is happening in their
lives, and each time I heard their stories, I prayed that they live together
always. But (yes there is always a ‘but’) their love was not like I thought it
is. It was ordinary love or I would say attraction or infatuation. They are not
together anymore, may be my prayers were weak like their love.
As I strongly believe that everything happens for
a reason, now I am so sure about the fact that true love is not a cup of tea
for anyone. It is hard to get and even harder to sustain it. To love someone
the same way entire life, very few have that heart. Very few couples grow old
together loving each other. There can’t be anything more precious than spending
the whole life with such a person.
Well it is nature’s law “you get what you give”.
In my opinion trust is more important than love. Trust works as a glue. Love
makes you to live life together but trust is the thing which keeps you together
always, its trust which makes your bond unbreakable. It is easy to gain
someone’s trust, easy to break it, tough thing is to keep it, maintain it. So
if you want to gain someone’s trust then you have to trust him first. But don’t
give it like a giving a gift, the person should be deserving enough. So if you
want people to trust you then you have to be a trustworthy person yourself. If
you are not able to keep someone’s trust then don’t expect it from others. The
same rule applies on respect. Give respect, take respect.
